What is the difference between Standard and HDA Property?

Standard transactions use the applicable Table A scale. Certain transactions governed by the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966 use a separate prescribed scale under Table B.

Does this include stamp duty?

No. Stamp duty is separate from the solicitor’s legal fee and is not included in this calculator.

Does this include my bank loan legal fee?
